How It All Started
The idea to start a website with the focus on providing a service, completely free of charge, where customers can obtain valuable information about online shopping was born back in 2009. At that point I realized that aside from groceries, more than 50% of all items purchased in our household where actually bought via the Internet. I also realized that this is a major shift in the way I personally approach the way of doing research on things and the way I conduct the actual purchase. And obviously I wasn’t the only one impacted by this phenomenon – online shopping has turned from trend into ‘behavior’.
The Challenges For Online Shoppers
I view the internet as a blessing and a curse. On one hand, you have an abundance of information on virtually every topic within a few clicks available to you. On the other hand, quantity does not always equate to quality. Studies have revealed that the majority of people who buy items online do have a very concrete understanding of what they want and how much they are willing to spend. In other words, they not what they want before they start shopping. However, we know that many people do have trust issues – which is not surprising considering that first of all you have to buy a product that you haven’t seen in person and secondly, you are usually required to disclose a good amount of very personal data (address, credit card info, etc.) before you can make a purchase.
How Synergy Reloaded Can Help You
Imagine you had access to a one-stop-shop that provides you with detailed information about online vendors, their websites and their products. This is where my team and I come in. Over the years we have made many purchases online from hundreds of different sellers. We have learned many valuable lessons and gathered a lot of information that can help you to make an assessment and ultimately a decision as to whether or not you feel comfortable with a vendor’s internet presence and his products.
What Does Synergy Reloaded Specifically Do?
We go on websites to purchase one or several items. We will document the whole process and report in detail on aspects including but not limited to:
- The look and feel of the website
- How easy/difficult it is to navigate the website
- The comprehensiveness and accuracy of the product descriptions
- The order process
- The shipping and handling
- How competent and helpful the customer service is
- ..well, and of course, the actual products..
- Etc.

While it is certainly okay to disagree with our findings and opinions, we will not tolerate any inappropriate or discrediting remarks. Please use common sense and provide input that is meaningful and relevant to the topic.
Can I Request Synergy Reloaded To Conduct A Review Of A Service Or Product?
Yes, you can use the Contact Form for any types of requests. However, please note that it might take a little while before get to it, because we all have day jobs and Synergy Reloaded is just a hobby, at least at this point. But we will do our best!
